  • How can I get support?
    • We have a comprehensive help guide with video tutorials to help set up and maintain the system if additional help is required our support team is available 24/7 through our online ticketing system. This can be elevated to a shared screen session if required. For emergencies, you can also contact a phone number from your account.
  • How Secure is my data in the cloud?
    • Please read our Security Overview section for a detailed explanation of how serious we take the security of your information.
  • What devices and browsers can I use?
    • You can connect from any device with an internet connection.
